Job Description:

Currently we are recruiting experienced General Managers to lead our clubs and grow our business. If you have management experience and a passion for fitness, then consider joining our NYSC/BSC/WSC/PSC family.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience performing general manager duties and applying strategic skills towards attaining key business metrics.  Key responsibilities include: developing and executing plans to increase member traffic and grow ancillary revenue; developing a high performing club team; and, creating a culture where where accountability and collaboration are the avenues for success.

Job Requirements:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills

Ability to analyze qualitative data and design and deliver action plans

Experience in a collaborative team environment, delegating workload and responsibilities

Ability to work independently and with a team

Demonstrates cross-functional expertise and the ability to thrive in a highly complex environment

Ability to meet personal and team monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals

Demonstrates competence in key areas of management and leadership expertise including: relationship management, communication, staff direction and motivation, financial planning and control, quality management, risk management, and the achievement of targets

Education/Experience Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required.  Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred

3-5 years of relevant work experience
